I came across fantastic while browsing the old internet today that I found to be quite funny, yet true at the same time. Finally, someone has actually formed a petition against all of these pop queens and those who aided put them in the publis eye. Like the bloke who put together this petition, I'm worn out of these sissy small, no talent Brtiney wannabies that fill my radio listening.

I mean, incredibly, what ever happened to a band becoming stars because they were er good? Talent is not the ability to dance and pretend to sing whilst half naked. Musicians should genuinely be able to play music, or at least write it or understand how to sing. Could you contemplate the Jam, Plastix, or Celia & the Mutations getting on stage with nothing but pasties on and showing off their tits?

NOOOO!

Kimya Dawson Baby
In my slightly obsseive web stalking I just had to post the cutest thing I have seen for a long time. Kimya Dawson has had a baby, and it is sooo cute. She's called Panda! So I just had to steal a post a picture (Sorry Kimya I couldn't resist).
I subscirbe to her mailing list and she invited everyone who comes to her gig to:
“come hear some music and tickle some baby toes!”
If you haven't got her album already I highly recomend (my favorite is 'Remember I love') also check ou the Moldy peaches who she is part of.
You really feel like you know after listen to one of her album, she's all about keeping it real. It amazing how apporachable she appear, if you read her blog it's about whats on telly or really personal stuff like this: 'when ever I look at her face in that picture (photo of Panda crying) milk shoots out of my boobs.'

Things seem good on the work front.

When I was at university, I was quite angry and rebellious about having to pay my TV licence. To me it seemed like a stupid tax on something just just tries to sell me stuff all the time.
Then after studying Noam Chomsky work for a while I started to realise really why we have it and why it's needed. Not only for England, but now for the whole world.
The thing that really stode out for me a illustarted why it was needed was American Television, basically every chanel is funding by the advertising. Anything that come on telly is based on home many people watch it or apparently how likely the people watching are to buy stuff (they actually proved that intellectaul television programme viewer have much lower sales). So not only is the televsion dumb down considerable so not to alienant anyone but their is a much worse sideeffect, censorship.
If you watch American News the advertsier actually have power over what news is shown, if say their was a big news story about how unsafe BMW cars were then the massive corperator which owns BMW and 50 other brands would turn around and tell chanels that they would pull their adverts if the story was covered, so hay persto the story isn't covered.
I still remeber a interview with Jeremy Clackson, when he said that Top gear couldn't be made anywhere else but the BBC for the simple reason that on any other channel, they couldn't go 'This is car is Shit' because they would lose their advertisers.

So for all the shit that gone on, I totally back the BBC and when ever you complain about the TV licence I urge you to think of a world without the BBC.

Ow on a work front.
Well I have totally finished the glycolic peel uk pages

Okay I only just found out about Kimya Dawson and just feel totally in love with her music, here album ‘Remember that I love you' made me cry so many time I can't believe it. Now if you listener to her stuff, it's really touching and so incredible believable. Produced in something called Lo-Fi (Low fidelity), which is the opposite of the totally over produced Hi-Fi (high fidelity) music.

Now standardly, I take everything with a little pinch of salt, her songs were fantastic and that was good enough she personal probable was putting it on a bit to appeal to her demographic. How ever I was looking at her site and one statement just blew away any question of her authenticity .

“KIMYA IS HAVING A BABY THIS MONTH SO THERE WILL BE NO HANDMADE ITEMS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE”

What the hell, she sell hand made stuff on the internet! She makes them her self. That is Punk to me, that is punk in it's purest! I can't see the pussy cat girls, sitting down and knitting a sweater for one of their fans. I love this girl.

On a more positive note.
This is what I'm going to change next the microdermabrasion page
