The end of POP

Omnilux Revive, Red light skin treatmenthttp://www.courthouseclinic.com/treatments/tr_omniluxred.html

I came across fantastic while browsing the old internet today that I found to be quite funny, yet true at the same time. Finally, someone has actually formed a petition against all of these pop queens and those who aided put them in the publis eye. Like the bloke who put together this petition, I'm worn out of these sissy small, no talent Brtiney wannabies that fill my radio listening.

I mean, incredibly, what ever happened to a band becoming stars because they were er good? Talent is not the ability to dance and pretend to sing whilst half naked. Musicians should genuinely be able to play music, or at least write it or understand how to sing. Could you contemplate the Jam, Plastix, or Celia & the Mutations getting on stage with nothing but pasties on and showing off their tits?

NOOOO!

Kimya Dawson Sells hand made stuff

08 31st, 2006 Author: Administrator

Okay I only just found out about Kimya Dawson and just feel totally in love with her music, here album ‘Remember that I love you' made me cry so many time I can't believe it. Now if you listener to her stuff, it's really touching and so incredible believable. Produced in something called Lo-Fi (Low fidelity), which is the opposite of the totally over produced Hi-Fi (high fidelity) music.

Now standardly, I take everything with a little pinch of salt, her songs were fantastic and that was good enough she personal probable was putting it on a bit to appeal to her demographic. How ever I was looking at her site and one statement just blew away any question of her authenticity .

“KIMYA IS HAVING A BABY THIS MONTH SO THERE WILL BE NO HANDMADE ITEMS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE”

What the hell, she sell hand made stuff on the internet! She makes them her self. That is Punk to me, that is punk in it's purest! I can't see the pussy cat girls, sitting down and knitting a sweater for one of their fans. I love this girl.

On a more positive note.
This is what I'm going to change next the microdermabrasion page

I found this something on google today that I just thought was so funny, yet so factual. This guy made and put up a petition against pop queens and those who are responsible for making them celebrities and I say it's long overdue. I could not agree more regarding these talentless small pains that are taking up far too much space on the radio waves.

I mean, incredibly, what happened to a band becoming successful based on talent? When I use the term 'talent', I am not speaking concerning jiggling boobs and dancing around on stage while pretending to sing. A musician should be able to sing, or or be able to make a nice noise come out of somethign called a 'instrument'. Could you imagine Atrix, New Hearts, or the Exile getting on stage with nothing except pasties on and wiggling their chests?

Hell no!

If you haven't picked up system of a down's 2005 release, Mezmerize, you need to go get it immediately. Ever since I first saw this band open in for Slayer back in 1998, i've been a massive fan. They still hadn't released their self titled first album at this point, however I couldn't wait for it to come out. I was very happy with the CD once it was finally released.
