It seems I had been slight to optimisic with the poin that we have been in good, health I am not in good health at all and now I have a ton of work to do so this is not looking that good, but hay ho. Not a lot I can do.

Anyway as my top tips for the festival if you want to see anything I suggest that you go see ‘We are Klang’ out of everything I sqaw I swear this was the best and If you are going to miss anything I suggest ‘Congress of oddities’ This was a puile of rubbish. The only reason we went to see it was because the marketing girl was cute. Never listne o the marketing people unless they have more than one show to promote at any one time. Other wise no matter what you enjoy they will plug that show!!!

As far as standup go, Daniel Kitson every time. He rocks so much. Ow and Josie Long, she was really good.

Well it is now officially over and I am mersible . I didn’t do half the stuff I wanted to , plus it is the last week where evveryone goes crazy and starts sleeping with each other , every one was too preoccupide with the festival and show and shit. TO notice me. I did feel like a outsider, I had a good time, but didn’t really care about anything. Just getting drunk. It was fun and I would do it again but aonly if it wasn’t possibel to work. I made a few contact and woudl quite like to go to up at the end of the month and try to get into the partis again. That would, be fun. South side C, might give me a little odds and ends of work. They always loved me , and they empployee anyone at all. Some time the ever drag tramps of the street, not ever the good tramps the one that are shit and never get any money, they really are desperate.

Ho humm it was fun, pity I didn’t get to see Ross Noble, I try and see him every year.

Now I knew this was going to be tight but i am only half way through thte festival and I am already runnign out of funds, three days of solid drinking, it doesn’t make much different if I go to shows or not, since if I’m in a show I’m not drinking and hench not spending money.

I pomised myself I woudln’t ask simon to burrow money off him, but It looks like I might not have a choice, I can either, buy a bumper pack of spam and sit in the hostel or I can burrow cash off Si, I thinking of buyingthings on credit cards so that every one can pay me back in real money that I can buy real alchole with, but not many peopel actual want to buy stuff on credit card exspecaily when they have money of their own. Anyway, I might buy a bottle of vodak and fill up my dirnk under the table liek a true man.

God I love stand up, I spent the whole of last night getting drunnk with a bunch of them and their great, really good fun. They are really down to earth. What they do is scarey but so is everythign you do for the first time.

Edinburgh festival has two major awards: The BBC newcomer award and the pierre award. Now everyone wants to be part theseand to win them, but at the moment all the comedian are just trying to get nonimated for the piere and they already have a good idea who will win. Well it seems that way, but last yar it went to a complete unknow, so we don’t really have a clue. And all of this is revealed at a huge party at the end which is incredible easy to get into seeing as I ahve managed about 3 years in a row. Actual it can be a bit boring , because eveyrone gets in if it was slight more elite you might be impressed, but gerenally it just like everywhere eles ein the festival.
