Basically for this I would enter in the URL and a search term, then you would need to retrieve the back links from msn, then the tool would need to go through each of the backlinks list them, grouped anchor text by or page rank if possible if requested. And at the top it would be useful if you could list the amount of links where the anchor text is exactly the same as the search term.
For example some thing like this:
URL: www.widget.com
Search term: Blue Widget
Total back links: 100
Anchor text matches: 23
URL Anchor text Page rank
www.hello.com/links.asp Blue widget 2
www.hyj.co.uk/links.php widget 2
so on….
