Aparently this is true, this is the world most ugle dog, as shown in the winner of a “World’s Ugliest Dog” contest.
The Dogs name is Sam he is 14 year old and is a pedigreed, hence a small gene pool. He is a hairless Chinese crested. Apparently the dog was so disgusting that the Judge recoiled shown the beast.
