This tool would be design to produce a report that

Pick a keyword:
Pick a number of sites:
Pick a search engine:

Then it will go away do a search on the chosen search engine for that search term. It will then select the amount of site that you have chosen for example if you have chosen 5 it will pick the first 5. Then for each of them it will get all their backlinks from msn. Once it has a list of all the backlist for each of the sites, it will strip of anything apart from the domain name. i.e. ebay.com . Then once it has the list of all the sites domains that link to each of the site it should group them together depending on the amount of list they appear in.

So finally I would be provided with a list some thing like this:
